Data Deletion Instructions

Quantum AI WebApps Digital LLC ("we", "us") builds and operates customer inbox and messaging tools for businesses. When a business connects its Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or WhatsApp Business account to those tools, we receive the conversations people have with that business, as described in section 9 of our Privacy Policy. This page explains how to have that data deleted.
1. If you messaged a business that uses our tools
Email support@quantumaiwebapps.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us:
- the name of the business you messaged;
- the channel you used (Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp) and the name, Instagram username or phone number you messaged from;
- an email address or phone number where we can confirm the request with you.
We will confirm we have received your request within 5 working days, check it with the business concerned, and delete your messages, attachments and profile details from our systems within 30 days. We will tell you when it is done, or explain if the business is legally required to keep a record (for example an invoice or order history), in which case only that record is kept.
You can also stop the business receiving further messages through our tools by removing the conversation or blocking the account in Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. Meta's own settings and policies apply to the copies Meta keeps.
2. If you are a business that connected an account
- Disconnect the account at any time from your admin (Inbox, then Channel set-up) or by removing our app under Business Settings, Integrations, in Meta Business Suite.
- When an account is disconnected we stop receiving its messages straight away and delete the data we received from it within 30 days, unless you ask us in writing to export it first or the law requires you to keep it.
- To request an export or an earlier deletion, email support@quantumaiwebapps.com.
