Google Review Replies

Quantum AI WebApps Digital LLC builds business software for local businesses, such as glass merchants, salons and trades. Our review reply tool, part of SW Glass, Panelane and CloseTheCall, helps a business answer every Google review it gets, quickly and in its own words.

What it does

Connect: the business owner or manager signs in with Google and chooses which of the Google Business Profiles they manage belongs to each of their branches.
Read: the tool brings that profile's Google reviews into one inbox, alongside any replies the business has already written.
Draft: it suggests a reply for each review. Staff edit the draft as they wish. Replies to 1 to 3 star reviews always need a manager's approval.
Post: only a reply a member of staff has approved is posted to Google, as the business's owner reply. The business can edit or remove a posted reply later. Automatic posting is off unless the business switches it on, and then it only covers clean 4 and 5 star replies, after a delay and up to a daily limit the business sets.
Report: the business sees its own reply rate and response time.

Google data we use

We ask Google for one permission, to manage the business's Business Profile (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage). We use it only to list the profiles the signed-in account manages, read the reviews of the profile the business chose, and post, edit or remove the owner replies the business approves. We never change the business's profile details, photos or posts, and we never use review data for advertising or to train AI models.

Full details are in section 10 of our Privacy Policy. Quantum AI WebApps' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting

A business can disconnect at any time from its settings screen, which revokes our access with Google straight away, or remove our access in its Google Account under Security, Third-party access. Questions: support@quantumaiwebapps.com.
