This page describes the SMS text messaging program operated by Quantum AI WebApps (the messaging program operated by Quantum AI WebApps Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, referred to on this page as "Quantum AI WebApps," "we," "us," or "our"). It explains what messages we send, how we obtain your express consent, how often you can expect to receive messages, the charges that may apply, and how you can stop messages or request help at any time. It also shows the exact consent language we present to you before you opt in.
Our SMS program is a transactional and customer-care messaging program. We use it to support and service the interactions you have already started with us — for example, when you book or request an appointment through one of our web forms. The program is not a recurring marketing or promotional blast program. We do not use it to send you unsolicited advertising, and we do not add you to the program unless you take an affirmative action to opt in.
Participation in the SMS program is entirely voluntary. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to purchase, or continue to receive, any goods or services from us. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of any purchase.

Before you opt in, we present the consent language reproduced below. You provide your consent by entering your own mobile phone number and checking a consent checkbox that is not pre-selected. The following is a sample of the exact checkbox label shown to you at the point of opt-in:
The checkbox associated with this label is unchecked by default. We do not treat you as having consented unless you affirmatively check the box yourself. Consent obtained through this program is used only to send you the types of messages described in Section 2.
We obtain your express written consent to receive SMS messages through an affirmative opt-in on a web form — for example, on the form you use to book or request an appointment. The opt-in works as follows:
Because you must both enter your number and check an unchecked box, your enrollment in the program reflects a clear, affirmative, express opt-in. We keep records of the consent you provide so that we can honor your preferences.
Message frequency varies. Because this is a transactional and customer-care program, the number of messages you receive depends on your own interactions with us — for example, how many appointments you book and whether those appointments are confirmed, reminded, rescheduled, or cancelled. We do not send messages on a fixed recurring schedule, and there is no set number of messages per period. You will generally only receive messages that relate to an interaction you have started with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Quantum AI WebApps does not charge you for receiving or sending text messages in this program, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages, data, or both, depending on your mobile plan. You are responsible for any message and data charges imposed by your wireless carrier. If you have questions about the charges that may apply to text messages, contact your wireless carrier.
You can cancel the SMS program and stop receiving messages at any time. To opt out, reply to any of our messages with the keyword:
After you opt out, we will stop sending you SMS messages through this program. Opting out applies to the messaging program described on this page. If you later wish to receive messages again, you can re-subscribe by opting in again through one of our web forms, using the same affirmative consent process described in Section 4.

SMS message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered without delay. Not all mobile devices or carriers may support the program.
We respect the privacy of the mobile information you share with us in connection with this program.
We may share your mobile information only with service providers that help us operate the messaging program (for example, the platform we use to deliver text messages), and only so that they can help us send the messages you have consented to receive. We may update or modify this SMS Communications Consent page and the terms of the messaging program from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Your continued participation in the program after any change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
